The Austin Vampire Ball was held on October 19, 2013 at Elysium in Austin, TX. Hosted by Logan South and Daley Catherine Hodges, the king and Queen of Austin, the show featured Diminished 7 from Los Angeles, burlesque performances, a costume contest, and a variety of local vendors.

The Open Stage is going strong after 100 shows
The Open Stage, a weekly event in Richardson, celebrated its 100th show on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013. Attendees were treated to a variety of acts, including musicians (one in drag), a belly dancer, a spoken word performer, and a singing burlesque dancer.
American Cancer Society Benefit
Bands and burlesque fight cancer at the Curtain Club
An eclectic crowd, including zombies and stormtroopers, converged on the Curtain Club in Deep Ellum Saturday night for a show benefitting the American Cancer Society. Organizer Kat Korpse (a three-time cancer survivor) put the show together in honor of Carla Odom-Kirkpatrick, who lost her life to the disease on July 4.
